If you have any concerns regarding the proposed Burnhamthorpe Townhouse Development, the following is very important and needs your immediate attention. The IRRA has received notice that a Case Management Conference (CMC) hearing will take place on September 1st, 2020 as a preliminary step in the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) process to consider the rezoning application to allow the townhouse development to go ahead.
Information regarding process and procedures is outlined below. This outlines how individuals may participate in the September 1st CMC hearing....
To simplify the process for all interested residents, it has been decided that it would be prudent to appoint one representative to speak on behalf of the group. Chris Grant (through his lawyer) will represent the group.
